Welcome to St George Island!

We are a bayfront 4/4 home that sleeps 9—beautifully renovated with everything new. We have two screened porches, multiple TVs, and a wonderfully stocked kitchen with high-end appliances. We have a hot tub on the bay front deck and a pool available summer of 2023 (it is under construction until 3/1/23). We are a very private lot in a gated neighborhood. A short walk away is the island's long bike path and the gulf front for beach sitting.

Ranked as the #4 beach in the US by Dr. Beach, SGI has sugar sand beaches, and the calm bay waters are perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding, and swimming. Let us introduce you to our favorite boat captain for deep-sea or bay fishing.

Visit the charming town of Appalachicola for shopping and restaurant. The island has several restaurants to eat the world-famous Appalachicola Bay oysters and two grocery stores on the island.

Let our concierge have your refrigerator stocked. The 4th bedroom (2nd king) is located on the bottom level with its own private entrance. It is accessible outside and not from the main home.

An excellent nearby pier with a swim platform allows swimming and launching of kayaks and paddle boards. We are only a short walk from the gulf front and the sandy beaches.
