Situated on 12 private acres and adjoined by 50 acres of US National Forest, this stunning property provides abundant space to stretch out, relax, and immerse yourself in the natural retreat's rejuvenating effects.
Located in the heart of The Aska Adventure Area, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom cabin is an ideal basecamp for thrill-seekers and explorers, with its close proximity to abundant outdoor activities.
Enjoy gorgeous mountain views from every room, a two-story deck, a screened-in porch with a gas fire pit, and a rocking chair front porch overlooking the Chattahoochee National Forest adjacent to the property. After a long day on the river, unwind in the living room with an expansive wall of windows overlooking the view, a 55-inch Roku Smart TV, a wood-burning fireplace, and a telescope for skywatching on clear nights.
Your inner chef will be delighted to spend time in the fully equipped kitchen with bar seating for two. After whipping up a feast, gather around the dining table that comfortably seats six or eat under the stars on the patio table.
Escape for the night to one of three bedrooms. The main level king bedroom includes a reading nook and ensuite bathroom with jetted soaker tub, separate shower, and French doors that open to the upper deck. One guest room includes a king-sized bed, and the other has two sets of bunk beds the kids will love.
The lower-level room is where the fun begins! It includes a 65" Roku Smart TV, ample seating, a wet bar with a mini-fridge and Keurig, a shuffleboard table, and games. There is a music corner with a Donner electric weighted-key piano and guitelele (small-sized guitar).
There are two levels of decks overlooking the long-range Mountain View. The upper deck has a propane grill and an outdoor dining area; the lower deck has ample seating, hammock swing chairs, cafe string lights, corn hole, and a new six-person Nordic hot tub with an ozone system.
