5 Star stay in La Quinta

We had a wonderful stay at Martin's superb property in South of Spain just outside of Marbella. Home was exceptionally equipped and maintained and the property manager Nigel was such as delight to work with. Both Martin and Nigel helped make our stay a true delight. Also, having stayed at over 10 Third Home properties, I can say for certain that this home is worth waaaay more than the keys attributed. ”

Great Location

La Quinta is beautiful and comfortable. The house is close to many sights and beaches. But the pool and the grounds were so inviting that we didn't even venture to the beach. Nigel, the property manager, was available to show us around the house and figure out how things worked. He is very knowledgeable about the area and had many suggestions. We enjoyed our stay very much.”

Marbella House

We just Loved the location of the house, close from Puerto Bannus, the beautifull boardwalk of Estepona, the beaches of Tarifa and the Detroit of Gibraltar. There were so many different beaches to explore, restaurants to try and sites to visit. Our two children were also very happy with the warm pool and the large backyard with different kind of fruit trees. We could have easily stayed another two weeks and would not have been bored. Finally, the house manager Nigel was extremely helpful and available to help us with the details of the house. Thanks for a beautiful vacation!”

Lovely Villa, highly recommended

We stayed here as a group of friends last week, so 2 teenagers in the group. We all loved the Villa , its decor and facilities were wonderful Location wise its really lovely, a quiet residential community not surrounded by the many concrete high rises now in the Costa Del Sol . Near the main road but not noisy. The kids used the lkovely heated pool for hours even in the rain! Near the beach , the Port and Marbella and more lovely local restaurants than anyone could wish for....The kilos went on that week!! The owner was a pleasure to deal with as was his local support who was able to make good suggestions for retaurants, boat rides and other things to keep us happy!”

Summer's colors

It was a week with good rest in a confortable house, a dream pool and beautiful view. My family and I had a good opportunity to visit an interesting region of Spain and to eat good food. For me, the most impressive was the gardens that showed all color of this summer. ”

Thank you Martin for letting us stay in your beautiful Villa. It had everything one would wish for including a very convenient location to the Ocean as well as all the nice restaurants and shopping outfits. The home was very well taken care of and with Nigel (the property manager) at the helm everything went really smooth. We very much recommend this place for individuals who has high expectations. Perfect 'Decades' celebration

Our family of six all had birthdays ending in zero this year, so we wanted to find somewhere 'luxurious' in Europe where we could get together from all over the world. La Quinta proved to be perfect. Wonderful house in a lovely, tranquil setting, but with bars and restaurants a stroll away. Each of the 4 'children' were given their own day to nominate an activity and a meal destination, so they were all totally involved. We ballooned over Ronda, dune buggied, went to Gibraltar, took in a bullfight (ugh!) and still had time to relax around the pool. Thank you Sarah and Martin.”
