Makin' Memories is located in beautiful Cape San Blas, Florida - near Port St Joe. It's an isolated and windswept community off the Gulf Coast of Florida. This nine-bedroom, nine-bathroom stunning waterfront home is perfect for large families, weddings, family retreats, and corporate gatherings.

Beach Cabanas
We have provided eight Beach setups (8 chairs/2 umbrellas) as a complimentary amenity for our guests. We know that many of you travel a great distance, some via air, and we wanted to make your stay worry-free. We will reserve your place right on the beach every morning with the complimentary chairs (weather permitting).

Infinity Pool
Our vision was to design this home around a 2nd-floor infinity pool. The breath-taking view of the gulf can now be experienced with the Cape's ONLY infinity pool right off the main living area. Three barstools have also been built in at the infinity edge to help capture those beautiful sunsets with a "front-row" seat. Makin' Memories here will last a lifetime!

Heated Spa
Ask about our heated spa option. Heat is $125/day or $750 for the week.… we can provide spa heat for your stay for the week.

Volleyball Court
How about settling the score on our Olympic size regulation beach volleyball court! During our design process, we thought about what we could temporarily do with our adjacent lot until we decide to build house #2. Our partnership with Fleischman Outdoors Landscape Group allowed us to come up with this idea. Along with the 5-hole putting green that multi-purposes for cornhole tournaments, this is a memory maker that is bound to keep you coming back for more!

Gas Fire Pit
To maximize the guest's experience, we decided to add a gas fireplace right below the infinity edge pool beachside to capture the beautiful sunsets. Our timer-based gas fireplace is bound to add to the experience of capturing the beauty of the Cape. Wood-based fires on the beach is an option that guests may choose for an added experience. For $450, our turn-key beach fire setup can be provided as an option if you choose. Please inquire for more information on our worry-free beach bonfires!

Ping Pong
Our 510 "table tennis" table is a stable and durable choice for your outdoor ping pong games. Our table is well designed and particularly resistant to ill-treatment; it's the perfect setup for those competitive family members who enjoy a good match.

Indoor Slide
We have a slide in the house that goes from the kids' bunk room (bedroom three) on the 3rd floor to the hallway on the 2nd floor. It has a 16-foot drop and three counterclockwise revolutions before exiting on the main floor. We have designed this slide for the kiddos to have fun in the home and are entertained while the adults socialize

This property sleeps 27 people in nine spacious, impeccably-designed bedrooms.

Six bedrooms have king-sized beds and attached bathrooms. One room has 2X bunk beds. Another guest room has two twin beds. One room has one twin daybed with trundle and one twin-over-twin bunk with trundle. All bedrooms have adjoining bathrooms.
