Of course, it also has all the modern comforts needed to make it a haven and place to recharge and connect with nature.

The property also has a cellar full of recently serviced bicycles that guests are welcome to use on local cycling trails of varying skill levels. Or, if you prefer, you can do one of the many beautiful forest walks and hikes or go hunting for berries and mushrooms like the locals.

The lovely countryside of the Czech Republic offers a perfect setting for enthusiasts of outdoor activities, and the property's location close to the Austrian border will allow you to take day trips to many charming villages in both countries.

You will enjoy complete silence and fresh air, while remaining just a few minutes' walk away from the picturesque village of Luznice. Groceries and other essentials are a 10-minute drive.

The beautiful Novohradske Hory region of Southern Bohemia is known for its forests, wildlife and picturesque cycling routes. The UNESCO World Heritage village of Cesky Krumlov is just a 30-minute drive away, while Lake Lipno, with its many attractions, is around a 45-minute drive, just on the Austrian border.
