Guests are pleased to be respectful of the neighborhood avoiding disturbing with disruptive parties, events, noise, or other agitating behaviors and actions.
Additional Fees
5 star hotel services are provided for $300 / day (mandatory): Villa manager and villa maid (daily cleaning) and gardener. Pool maintenance and A/C.
Private chefs can also be organized on a half or full day basis, at additional cost.
Menu available in the Villa that Guests can choose from (both Asian and Western menus) - the food will be delivered down to them from the kitchens by the chefs (available from 10am to 10pm).
Extra services: sports activities, massage, excursions and boat trips, in-villa dining, nanny services, laundry, cooking lessons, and much more!

This villa will leave you speechless. We were greeted by Noc - the very sweet, warm and helpful house manager - and shown around the 5 magnificent bedrooms, each with an ocean view. The house has a central open kitchen/dining/living area which overlooks the huge infinity pool; you will never want to leave it, as you float gazing out to the sea. The scent of frangipani washes over you as you try and work out how you could stay for the rest of your life. Everywhere, there are sublime design touches that could - and probably have - made the house magazine-cover worthy. An unforgettable experience. Thank you Annabel! ”

Wow. Words cannot even begin to describe what a magical home and experience the week was at Villa 20. Pictures do not do the space justice...it is spectacular! The layout is unbelievably smart as no one is truly sharing any walls giving complete privacy which is essential with a large group. The decor is amazing & seeing as how a lot of us are in real estate, this is a high mark to meet! Nok (house mgr) made our visit top notch. We could not have navigated all of the ins & outs without her. She listened to our needs & made sure we had everything we needed regarding food, travel, excursions, taxis/car services, massage at home, and took care of us ALL & made everyone feel so very special. She is phenomenal at what she does. We left with full hearts & a new friend for sure. Thank you for making this birthday the most memorable experience of a lifetime!!! ”
