Located one hour west of Denver in Summit County, "Colorado's Playground", in Silverthorne, this 3500 square foot custom built home with sweeping views of the Continental Divide, Keystone Ski Resort, several 14'ers and beautiful Lake Dillon awaits. With high ceilings, great big windows, and plenty of space to spread out, you and your loved ones will surely have the time of your lives.

The home is only 100 yards from two highly ranked hiking trails, Lily Pad Lake Trailhead, which is ranked easy and leads to Lily Pad Lake, and Buffalo Cabin Trailhead, which is considered difficult as it leads up to the 13,000 feet Buffalo Mountain summit. Both trails are in the Eagles Nest Wilderness and the White River National Forest. Horseback riding is available just north of Silverthorne during summer and fall.

You and your crew can head to Rainbow Park, a riverfront park with skating, tennis, playgrounds, and a sledding hill. Located less than 40 minutes from popular Breckenridge Ski Resort, Copper Mountain, Keystone Resort, Vail, Beaver Creek and Arapahoe Basin, you can fly down the slopes before you know it. Go tubing at the Frisco Nordic Center and at Keystone or sledding at several locations or even snowmobiling.

Paddleboards, canoes, kayaks, sail boats and pontoons can be rented at Lake Dillon or you can relax at the Frisco beach and Sand Bar or the Dillon Marina Tiki Bar. For more exciting summer adventure, you can rent ATV's to go exploring many of the old gold mine remnants. Try your hand at fly fishing with a guide on the nearby Blue River which you cross on your way to/from the house. Go biking on connected bike trails all across Summit County and up to Vail Pass.

Enjoy rounds of golf nearby in this Rocky Mountains golfing paradise from June to October on spectacular mountain courses such as The Raven at Three Peaks, Keystone River and Ranch Courses as well as 27 holes at the Breckenridge Golf Club.

If pickleball is your thing, Summit County is a pickleball hotbed with many pickleball courts available both indoors and outdoors depending on the weather.

Grab a cold pint at several award-winning breweries located just minutes from the house.

Upon arrival, you will be impressed by curb appeal and unbeatable surroundings. The luxurious yet welcoming ambiance and furnishings make one feel at home immediately. As you take in the incredible tree and mountain views, you will want to relax on the cozy sectional in front of the stone fireplace with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. There is a home office for those working from home.

Head into the gourmet kitchen, where the chef of the group will fall in love with the dark cabinets, gas range, large center island, and high-end appliances for every culinary need. The kitchen has an Espresso Machine, a Keurig, a Sunbeam coffee maker and a Ninja Blender for you use. Break bread at the table attached to the island.

After you are full of a delicious meal, head into the movie theater with a 55" TV for entertainment, or make your way outside to the secluded and private patio with a hot tub or fire pit to warm up under the stars.

When ready to retire for the night, head back inside to one of the four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, a seating area, a fireplace, substantial window views, and a balcony where you can marvel over the endless beauty awaiting exploration. The master bathroom is impressive, with double vanities, a jetted shower, and a small television. Two guest bedrooms have queen beds, while the fourth has two twin beds. There is also a pull out sofa bed in the office if needed.
