The main house is all on one level. It is accessed through large sliding glass doors that lead to a bright open-concept area. The comfortably furnished living space and a well-equipped modern kitchen with a breakfast island are perfect for making the most of the plesant weather.

You will find a hallway with a guest toilet and three bedrooms a few steps from there. A double bedroom with a private shower and a double with a private bathroom. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with switchable glass windows.

All three bedrooms have sea views and large sliding glass doors leading out onto the long panoramic terrace and pool area.

The guest house has a double bedroom, an open-plan living and dining area, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. Ideal for those who want a little more peace and privacy.

A large terrace overlooking the sea runs along the main house's facade. All rooms flow into this more convivial location. Quality designer furniture and a retractable electronic awning allow guests to relax in style and comfort.

At one end is an outdoor kitchen with a grill and fridge and a bar area with benches overlooking the sea.

In the center, flanked by a dining table, a seating area, and sun loungers, is the delightful infinity pool. Swimmers will enjoy a countercurrent swimming jet.

At the end of the terrace, steps lead to another cushioned seating area around a fire pit.

Lastly, steps lead from the barbecue area to a beautiful panoramic terrace, home to a well-equipped NOHrD gym with a treadmill, elliptical trainer, cable machine, wall bars, weights and weights, and more.

The stay at Villa Sivota was absolutely outstanding and all six of us had a fantastic stay there. The owner and the on-site manager were extremely helpful before and during the stay, proactively sending helpful information, including ideas for must do places to see and dine. The property was extremely clean and the villa well stocked, and importantly had marvelous views of Sivota, and the adjacent cove as well as nearby islands. We routinely walked to Sivota from the Villa to enjoy strolling the marina and take in one of the restaurants. We were advised by the owner that our April stay was early in the season and not everything would be up and running at the property nor in Sivota itself but the we found plenty to do, more than sufficient numbers of open restaurants, and the weather was fantastic. I would certainly be fine to go back that time of year in the future, without hesitation. A hearty thanks to our hosts as we take away many fond memories! ”
