This three-bedroom, three-bath + loft Smoky Mountain getaway is nestled inside the gated community Smoky Mountain Retreat at Eagle’s Nest subdivision. Wildlife is abundant, and the views are spectacular, yet you are a short 10-minute ride to the shopping, restaurants, and amenities of Waynesville and Maggie Valley.

On the main level of the house, you will find the great room with a gas-burning fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning long-range views of the mountains. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the great room, so you can easily mix and mingle with guests while whipping up a feast.

The dining room seats eight with access to a covered porch gas grill and gazebo. Down the hall is the master bedroom with a king bed, a full bath with a jacuzzi bathtub, and a walk-in shower.

The loft with a twin sleeper sofa and a full bathroom is up the stairs on the second floor. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds.

On the lower walk-out level, you’ll find the rec room with a free-standing gas fireplace, a queen sleeper sofa with an air mattress, a full bath, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, a kitchenette with a sink, a microwave and bar seating and a covered porch with a swing.

View can't be beat

This house is very high up on the mountain, and while the drive up was scary at first, we soon got used to it--with our V8 SUV. I've never seen a better view of the Smokies! Everything was well appointed and host very responsive when we accidentally locked the thermostat and had other questions. Loved the hot tub and 2nd level fireplace.”

We had a great time with a beautiful view of the valley below. House is in great location with easy access to Waynesville and Maggie Valley. 3 story house is a nice set up with open main living area. Down stairs is almost like a little studio area. With tv and bathroom downstairs you can watch tv early in the morning while not having to wake anyone up watching tv in main living room. Master on main floor, with two bedrooms and full bathroom upstairs. outside deck area is nice relaxing are.”
