This two-level, top floor, ski-in, ski-out residence at The Charter at Beaver Creek offers a complete retreat for ski enthusiasts and relaxation seekers alike. Guests will enjoy sweeping mountain views as well as The Charter’s outstanding location and on-site amenities, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, a fitness facility, Spa Anjali Beaver Creek, two restaurants, Charter Sports, a full-service ski, snowboard and bike shop, the game room and fire pit. Complimentary shuttle service to/from Beaver Creek, Vail, and Bachelor Gulch is also available.

This beautiful property is finished in classic mountain décor. It offers a family room with a wood-burning fireplace and vaulted ceilings, a complete kitchen with granite countertops, and a dining area with a custom banquette. Additional features include three guest suites, each with an attached bathroom (one has a king-size bed, the second has a king bed, the third is a bunk room with a queen-over-queen bed), a desk/work space, washer/dryer, and garage parking.

There is a $30/night fee per vehicle for guests staying at The Charter. Parking is located on-site in our garage.
