Great charmer in Santa Barbara

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It was comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with all the charm and character you'd hope for in a mid-century property. The beautiful backyard with the most amazing landscaping, was perfect for relaxing, and enjoying my morning breakfast, and the family room had more than enough seating for our family. The house was clean, and very well equipped, and felt like a true home away from home. As with many homes in California, there was no central air, but we really appreciated the portable AC units in the family room and primary bedroom for times when it was a bit warmer. The home was conveniently located, approximately 10 minutes from downtown Santa Barbara. Great communication with the owner as well. Would happily stay here again, and recommend. ”

This home was conveniently located close to all the local sites with easy access to downtown and historic Santa Barbara. Special thanks to Marie for accepting our request for the long weekend. Peaceful Setting

Convenient to get around in Santa Barbara…. Beautiful lush backyard, nice size pool and hot tub. Beds comfortable and clean. Living area comfortable and plenty of chairs for eating at table or counter. Backyard lots of comfortable seating as well. Neighborhood very quiet and feeling of safety….. Happily would rent again.”

Great location and a charming home

This house is in a perfect location to tour all of Santa Barbara - it was literally close to everything! The kitchen has been completely redone and the living room is very comfortable. Great TVs everywhere are a plus. The bathrooms are very dated (but worked ok for our group) and we truly enjoyed the hot tub and backyard. The owner was easy to work with. Try Sustainable Wine Tours if you visit this area - they will pick you up right at the house!”
