This bright, sunny, newly renovated home has everything you need to have the perfect vacation in Southern California. You can spend all your time soaking up the sun in the outdoor living space with an inground pool, a separate hot tub, and a gas grill.

Inside, the open floor plan allows you to flow from one room to the next. The new kitchen is gourmet with open shelving, stainless steel appliances, and a gas stove. Brew your morning coffee with the Nespresso or Keurig machine and enjoy it at the counter, dining table, or outside on the lounge seating.

The primary bedroom features a California king bed, a TV, and an en suite with a walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms have queen-sized beds, while a main shared bathroom has a tub/shower combo. We also offer a detached casita that has a fourth bedroom with a queen bed.

The home is 3 miles from the beach, 3.3 miles to the Santa Barbara Mission, 3.5 miles to Downtown, 4 miles to Marina, and under a mile to the grocery store and Upper State St. The prime location allows you to enjoy the surrounding areas and sites without going too far from home.

Peaceful Setting

Convenient to get around in Santa Barbara…. Beautiful lush backyard, nice size pool and hot tub. Beds comfortable and clean. Living area comfortable and plenty of chairs for eating at table or counter. Backyard lots of comfortable seating as well. Neighborhood very quiet and feeling of safety….. Happily would rent again.”

Great location and a charming home

This house is in a perfect location to tour all of Santa Barbara - it was literally close to everything! The kitchen has been completely redone and the living room is very comfortable. Great TVs everywhere are a plus. The bathrooms are very dated (but worked ok for our group) and we truly enjoyed the hot tub and backyard. The owner was easy to work with. Try Sustainable Wine Tours if you visit this area - they will pick you up right at the house!”
