November 2025Great location!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home with two other couples. Mougins is a charming base, perfectly located for day trips to Cannes, Nice, Antibes, St. Tropez, Monaco, and Aix-en-Provence. The home offered incredible views, comfort, quiet, and great amenities, with the host, Roopa, being extremely helpful. While November is quiet on the Riviera with some closures, we appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and welcoming locals. Highly recommended! ”

October 2024Great stay: large and comfortable villa
We spend the last week of October at Maison Prakash and had a great time. The villa is located at a great place to explore the Cote d'Azur. Just 10 minutes from Cannes and both Nice and Monaco are within 1 hour driving. The villa itself is large and has all the amenities you need. Even though it was October, the kids still did a bit of swimming in the pool. If you have a large car, just be careful for the last few minutes as the road towards the villa is quite narrow. All in all, we can really recommend Maison Prakash and hope to come back one day. ”
