Awesome Outdoor Spaces

We had a great Thanksgiving week at this home. It was 6 of us and we enjoyed the home but absolutely loved the many great outdoor spaces. It was 80 degrees every day and we spent most of our days by the pool and cabana, dined outside in the great outdoor dining/kitchen area and sat by the firepit on water's edge at night. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and taking in South Florida's lifestyle during our stay with some fun nearby activities and dining. Communication before and during stay was great. Thanks for having us!”

Relax!

We enjoyed our short stay in this lovely home and spent most of our time outdoors enjoying the amazing weather! The pool and spa are fabulous, and there is also an amazing outdoor kitchen, covered pool table, games, and a lovely fire pit and chairs by the water where we drank wine and listened to the live music from a nearby restaurant patio. The landscaping is gorgeous throughout and I even caught a fish off the dock! The home itself is beautiful and well stocked, and the master bedroom is large and the bed is very comfortable. We would love to stay again!”

Late Summer Perfect Stay

The best way to sum up the review is that all the others are spot on. Hosts are very communicative and helpful and while we didn't have our extended family with us we wish that we did and definitely hope to return in the future for a larger family gathering. ”

Loved the backyard!

We had a nice stay in balmy June....thankfully the a/c worked great! The pool and dock were really the high points for us as my son spent his days fishing off the massive dock. He was in heaven! The home was very clean with many amenities and Lauren left us a lovely bottle of Prosecco and some waters, candy and coffee pods to get our stay off to a nice start. The property manager Luis was very responsive when we had questions. It would be nice to spend time on the dock by the fire in the cooler months. Quiet location in a cul-de-sac and within 15 min of downtown Fort Lauderdale, which was a fun place to go shop and eat! ”

Amazing Property!!

My family and I loved every minute of our time at this house. The outdoor living area made it hard to leave! The pool was amazing and we enjoyed dinners outside while watching the sunset each night. Would absolutely return and recommend this house to anyone looking to visit the Fort Lauderdale area. ”

What a fantastic house! All the amenities you could imagine to have a super fun vacay in Fort Lauderdale! The waterway view from the pool and lanai area is amazing! The hot tub was wonderful and felt great on the chilly evenings. Lots of great walking in the area and close to all kinds of top restaurants and sights! We hope to visit again!”

Best for an old extended family vacation

We just spent a wonderful weekend at this house and can't say enough good things about it. The layout of the house was perfect for our extended family to have enough space and independence. One family of 4 took the master bedroom and the room (which has 2 couches and a Murphy bed), one family of 2 took the 2 beds on the other side (each has a queen bed I believe) and our dad (the grandad) slept in the room next to the playroom. This gives everyone space to be alone and when we wanted to be together, the spacious common areas inside and out made it so easy that we never even made it to the beach. We spent 7 days with kids between 4 and 8 in the house. The kids played with the many toys in the playroom, swam a few times a day, played Foosball, and use the swings. The adults played billiard pool and board games. We cooked every meal because they literally have every kitchen tool you may need, from an airfryer and a Keurig coffee machine, to a high powered blender. The house truly surpassed our expectations and hope to be back.”

Awesome home!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful vacation home! Nestled right along the water, the scenery was absolutely breathtaking, and the vast outdoor living space made it the perfect spot for relaxation and entertaining our kids. The home itself was impeccably maintained and offered every comfort we could ask for. The only thing to keep in mind is that if you plan to rent a boat, there’s a low bridge to navigate, which requires timing your boating with the tide. This did limit our boating activities a bit, but it was a small trade-off for such a lovely getaway. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and highly recommend it for anyone looking to enjoy a serene waterside retreat!”

Wonderful home

We had an amazing time with our family. We meant to see Miami, but ended up spending most of our days at the home. It had everything. Pool table, swings, kayaks, and a whole lot of other things to keep the kids and adults entertained. Our hosts were amazing. This was our first swap on 3rd home and we are looking forward to returning the same hospitality to our guests. The house was clean and comfortable, the pool was heaven. I can’t say enough about how much it exceeded our expectations. ”

A Family Reunion to Remember

Our stay at Fort Lauderdale's Sunset Paradise on the Water was spectacular. The house is a beach lover's dream, with breathtaking sunset views, an exceptional outdoor living space, and a fabulous interior. From the moment we booked the house, the owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. We embarked on this trip to bring our scattered family together, and this house did just that – providing us with a beautiful setting to bond, relax, and create lasting memories. Even my 83-year-old mom was so happy, spending her time cooking away while the great-grandkids splashed around in the pool. We'll definitely return to this home. We enjoyed everything from the resort-style pool and outdoor kitchen to the cozy fire pit and hot tub. It was an unforgettable experience that exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to return.”

Absolutely Incredible!

We absolutely LOVED our stay here in Ft. Lauderdale! This home was perfect for our larger group with ages ranging from 15-75! The home is laid out well for those that want to take a midday nap and not be disturbed all the way down to comfortably hosting nightly family dinners with everyone gathered around! The exterior of the home speaks for itself in photos and is even more amazing in person if you can believe that! The pool was spectacular, the covered porch was perfect for afternoon drinks when the Florida rain breezed through, and the dart board, pool table, foosball table, and ring toss game really came in handy! We truly lucked out by being here during the 4th of July and were able to sit on the dock and watch fireworks with a 180* view of the water! It's also only about a 12 minute drive to the beach which provided for some awesome seashell and sea glass hunting! If you are even slightly considering this place, book it ASAP and you'll be glad you did! The host was extremely attentive and super helpful along the way. 10 out of 10 stars for sure and wish we didn't have to leave! Thank you for everything!”

Fort Lauderdale

Despite being there during a 25" rainfall in a 12 hour period, the good news is we did not even realize that the city was getting severely damaged by water. The home handled the rainfall with no issues. We loved the home and kitchen that was extremely well appointed. The beds were overly comfortable, think Heavenly Bed comfortable. We rented a boat and cruised the intercoastal. Docked for great lunches and took a long ride up to West Palm Beach one day. The outdoor pool table was a family favorite. The outdoor room is just amazing with an outdoor icemaker and great cooking area. Enjoyed a Panthers hockey game against the Maple Leafs. Just overall a great experience. Could not recommend it more highly. ”

Beautiful House with beautiful outdoor area and land scape

We stayed during the Christmas Holiday 2022. When we checked in, we were welcomed with big smile and warm hospitality, and a gift basket full of goodies which we enjoyed during the stay. Three couples including us stayed comfortably. Kitchen is fully equipped, bright with nice view of pool and the canal. Enjoyed and spent lots of time at outdoor space that is so beautiful and calm. Walking distance to some of the restaurants and bars, and stores, and a shipping center with Publix is only about a mile away. It is good to have a car to explore the city, and enjoy the variety of activities the Southern Florida offers. Some of us drove down to Key West where is only about less than 4 hours. This is the house we definitely would like to go back again. Thank you very much for the stay!!”
