The upper roof terrace has views over the rooftops towards San Zaccaria. The apartment is lit by plentiful windows (20+), primarily looking towards the Querini Stampalia Museum. There is no direct view onto Campo Santa Maria Formosa.

- Gallerie dell’Accademia. The building that the gallery is housed was formerly a convent an was converted to the museum in the mid to late 1700’s.
- Ride a Vaporetto through the Grand Canal. The Vaporetto system is highly efficient and is one of the quickest ways of travelling to the various islands of Venice.
- San Giorgio Maggiore. Walk through the small harbour and see the various boats moored, visit the fantastic church and monastery, and climb the campanile for amazing views back across to the main city of Venice.

- St. Mark’s Basilica (2 mins drive) Located in the Piazza San Marco, this basilica is easily accessible from the grand canal and is one of the best-known surviving examples of Italian Byzantine architecture.
- St. Mark’s Square (8 mins drive) This square really is the perfect place to start your tour of Venice and tick off some of its most impressive sights.
- Canal Grande ( 1 min drive) Over 170 buildings dating from as early as the 13th century line the banks of the canal and it has served as an important waterway in the city for hundreds of years.

Well-located near San Marco. Very comfortable. Much more attractive space in person than in TH photos. Common space entry is not well lit, so watch your step! ”
