This welcoming and modern unit is located in the Angel Haus Condominiums, only a short walk to the lifts. You can spend your days snowboarding, skiing, or tubing down the mountains.

The open-concept floor plan allows you to move comfortably between the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room is equipped with 55-inch smart TV with Roku streaming (access your Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, Disney Plus, and more), a toasty wood-burning stove (firewood provided right outside of the unit), and a sectional sofa with ottoman for maximum lounging space. The kitchen has everything you may need to whip up your favorite meals and is equipped with full-sized appliances. The double-drop leaf table can be used to sit two people or expand to fit up to eight people.

When you want more fresh Colorado air, head out to the patio. The patio space is versatile, with a gas grill, café table set, swinging hammock chair, and patio string lights. There is plenty of patio space to store skis, snowboards, sleds, bikes, paddleboards, kayaks, and fishing gear.

The Master bedroom has a memory foam king bed and is framed by a charming mountain mural. Recharge with a USB hub charging station on both bedsides; work remotely with the high-speed WiFi and desk, and sleep in with the blackout curtains. Enjoy the private en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The bunkroom features double bunk beds with memory foam mattresses, USB hubs, individual lights for each bunk, a desk, blackout curtains, and an en suite bathroom. This room is further equipped with plenty of hooks, drawers under the beds, and a chest of drawers in the closet for additional storage.

This unit shares a community laundry room (pay by coin or download an app). Additional items provided by the unit owner include a pack-n-play, sled, fans in each room, and miscellaneous board games and books. There is also a communal hot tub and ski lockers available for your use.

This unit is a short walk to Purgatory Ski Village, where there are a couple of restaurants, a deli, and a liquor store. Purgatory Ski Village is where you can pick up rental gear, and purchase lift tickets and snowcat outing tickets. The nearest grocery store is 20 minutes south between Durango and Purgatory (PJ’s Market), or head further south (30 minutes total) into Durango to Walmart, Albertsons, Walgreens, or Market Street.
