We had to go back!

We had such a lovely week here last year that when we saw another week pop up for April we jumped to book it again. Petaluma is a lovely town with great bakeries and coffee shops, wonderful restaurants (particularly Pearl and Central Market), and friendly people. Each day we would set out to a different destination, and going off the highway we found beautiful drives in every direction. Then we'd return to the lovely guest house and read, watch a movie or sit outside and enjoy the sunset. A visit to McEvoy Ranch was a special treat, and we shopped like locals at the Petaluma Creamery to bring home fresh cheese and butter. Many thanks to our generous hosts for sharing this little piece of heaven!”

Beautiful Setting

We thoroughly loved our stay at Kate's home and Little Luma farm. The home is wonderful and cozy and equipped with everything you need including workout space. The proximity to Petaluma was a huge plus and day trips to Napa, Healdsberg, Sonoma and Bodega Bay made this the perfect spot. Kate was a wonderful host treating us to local goods on arrival. Magical spot and wonderful host

We were blown away by the beautiful farmhouse, the exceptional views, the close proximity to downtown Petaluma and the generosity of our host. The home manages to be both beautiful and comfortable, and the view from every window was picture-perfect. We had not spent time in Petaluma before and were delighted with the friendly people and first-rate restaurants there. The location was perfect for day trips to Sonoma, Sebastopol, and Bodega Bay. Our host left some lovely local treats for us in the kitchen -- eggs from her chickens, homemade granola and a bottle of local wine. We enjoyed talking with her and appreciated all she did to make this a magical week. We would love to go back some day.”

Stunning Sonoma Farmhouse

The Sonoma farmhouse is just minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Nappa Valley, Sonoma beach, the arty town of Petaluma, Mill valley or Sausalito from where you have unique views of the San Francisco bay.You can relax after a day of exploring on the terrasse with views on the corn hills /vineyards and watch the sun go down. The home is decorated in the Riviera maison /provence style. The nights are quiet and the beds cosy & confortable. Thank you Kate & Frank for showing us your version of the Nappa living.”

Great find in wine country

Wonderful host and property. Well-appointed guest house, complete with vineyard views. Great communication with owner. Enjoyed staying outside downtown, for a change, with leisurely breakfast and most dinners at home -- while spending the days wine tasting and shopping in nearby Petaluma, Sonoma and Sebastopol.”
