December 2025A beautiful stay in a stunning part of Sicily
Villa Palmento is an incredible place to stay. It is a beautifully restored property, and the architecture and design look like something straight out of a magazine. That kind of look is very hard to pull off while making it practical for lots of guests, but they really nailed it. The views are stunning, and every little detail has been thought through. The whole place feels calm, comfortable, and special without feeling overdone. The kitchen is also a highlight. It is a really usable space, well laid out, fully kitted and perfect for cooking. Lynda is a fantastic host, and Aldo, the on-site manager, does an amazing job running the day to day. He made everything run smoothly and was always on hand. He even arranged our airport transfer which made the whole trip much easier. They have created something special in a remote part of Sicily. We loved the walks around the area, and the separate annex is a great touch. It gives guests privacy when they want it, but also a place to come together and enjoy the space. We had a brilliant stay and would love to return again.”

June 2024Beautiful Restored Winery!
This Sicilian property was Gorgeously restored…. To two or 3 very comfortable bedrooms , a Comfortable loungable Living room, rather elegant dining room, good kitchen, (considering what space was there they had to work with), great pool and outdoor lounging area, and our favorite gathering space…. A big outdoor covered patio for breakfasts!! Beautiful natural thick stone walls…. All was comfortable and inviting!! Glad to have the help of Aldo, at airport arrival, we needed him!!! We so loved going for a day visit to Taorimina that we spontaneously spent a fun night there, don’t miss that hilltop town! Beautiful, well-maintained property, commutative owners helping when needed. Enjoy!”
