The apartment was lovingly renovated with hardwood floors, high ceilings, and antique details for a luxurious yet charming feel. Enjoy the lake and mountain views from the balconies and private beach.

The building is located at the edge of Annecy Lake with easy access to shops and restaurants (5 minutes' drive from the street below).

For morning croissants, you will love the walking or biking trail along the lake!

The space
Location, location, location. This condo is located on the 2nd floor facing the lake, with 140 square meters remodeled while respecting the hotel's original design. The bedrooms face the back of the building towards the mountain, providing fresh air and calmness during the night. Living, Dining, and Kitchen meet the lake with 180 degrees of the mountains and offer lake views.

There are two bedrooms: the parental suite with an attached bathroom and the "kids" room with triple bunk beds. The second bathroom has a washer and dryer. There are multiple storage areas for luggage and shoes.

The kitchen is well equipped with a Nespresso machine to make those dreamy coffees. The living room has a very large TV that can be tucked away for unobstructed views of the lake and mountains.

Bring your own boat and attach it during your stay at our own buoy.

Guest access
Access to free parking is done via a gate along the road.
There are bike lanes and walking trails to either go into town or around the lake.
The private beach is accessed via another gate and contains chairs/tables/deck.
Moor your boat to the provided buoy.

Other things to note
You can get to the old town of Annecy by car (5 mins), bike (10 mins) or walk (20 mins). There is a bike and pedestrian paths that leads to Annecy, where most of the spectacular views can be seen. There are many areas along the path where you can stop to enjoy the view, have a picnic, or just take a rest. In the Summer, there are many areas/vendors along the lake where you can rent equipment to do water sports. In the Winter, a nearby ski resort, Semnoz, is just 20 mins away from the condo.
