Two more Guest Rooms are located in the casita. The fifth bedroom has a King bed, TV, kitchenette, private door to the courtyard, and en suite bathroom with dual sinks and shower. The sixth bedroom has a king-size bed, a door to the courtyard, a flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with dual sinks and a tub/shower. There is a door between the two casita suites.

The home is located in a small gated community of private estates, close to restaurants and dining, golf, hiking, and shopping. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Starbucks, and a number of other shops. The Empire Polo Grounds is about 5 minutes away, and the famous El Paseo shopping district is about 20 minutes away. Or you can go directly to Interstate 10 and head to Palm Springs, casinos, and other Coachella Valley locations.
