Description

Upper West Studio

Nestled in they Upper West Side, this small alcove studio apartment is a short walk from thousands of bustling restaurants and delis, making it the ideal spot for your next trip to the city that never sleeps. This is a beautiful but very small unit - perfect for one person - no exceptions.

Upon arrival, you will be impressed by the curb appeal of the building and the nearness to all the most wonderful shopping and dining options on Columbus Avenue. For arts enthusiasts, you're just 2 blocks away from Juilliard and Lincoln Center for Performing Arts. As you walk your way up to the unit, and you will be pleased by the fresh paint and good use of the open floor plan.

The alcove studio space features a sofa, TV, built-in bookshelves, and a queen-sized bed. The galley-style kitchen is separated from the bedroom by a wall and boasts stainless steel appliances and a table for enjoying a morning cup of coffee. The bathroom features a shower tub combo.

Please be sure to clean when leaving so next guests have a good experience - strip beds, run dishwasher, sweep, and all other things a respectful third home guest would normally do. No smoking or loud noises, guests are responsible for any breakage/damage; 450 dollars locksmith fee for lost keys (they are very expensive in new york) and if loud noise or neighbor guests will be asked to leave immediately and pay any fines.

New York City is bustling with activity and excitement. Whether you choose to stay on the Upper West Side or venture further down - via easy access to express subway - into the more populated areas like the West Village, Tribeca, or Soho, you are sure to stumble upon many beautiful things. Every neighborhood offers a unique experience, whether it be shopping, dining, or exploring a historical monument or museum; Central Park Sunlight has double-paned windows, is extremely quiet, and will provide the perfect nook to retreat to at the end of the night. Much better option than most luxury hotels of equal or less size.

When leaving the apartment, please be sure to tidy up to be sure the next guest has a nice experience. Lost key fee of $450 to replace lock … so please don’t lose keys.
