The open floor plan offers unbelievable views of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room, dining and kitchen areas, and Master Bedroom. The other two bedrooms have views of the Old River.

Get comfy on the large sectional sofa and chairs in the living room, and watch movies on the 65-inch LCD television and DVD player. The beautiful dining table seats six, with additional bar stools at the large granite kitchen island and breakfast bar. Mix afternoon cocktails at the mirrored wet bar with its own ice maker. The kitchen is fully equipped for a gourmet chef. It features state-of-the-art appliances, including a large side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water on the door, a fully electric range, microwave, dishwasher, and full-size washer and dryer.

The master bedroom suite also opens to the large Gulf front balcony. The furniture is elegant, including a king-size bed, two night tables with lamps, and a 42' LCD TV. The master bath features a huge walk-in closet and double vanity area. Take a bubble bath in the oversized jetted tub or hop in the separate glass-enclosed shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, an en-suite bath, and a separate dressing area. This guest room also has a 32-inch TV and DVD. The third bedroom offers two twin beds, 32' LCD TV, with its own private full-size bathroom. The view from the oversized Gulf front balcony is incredible.

Have your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails while watching for the many schools of dolphins swimming by or catch a glimpse of the Blue Angels zooming by during their practice sessions. Look to the left and see the Alabama Pass where the fishing boats go out every morning and glance to the right to see the soft white sands of Orange Beach.
