September 2026Lake House Getaway
I have been to several VRBO and Airbnb and have never had such a complete and well stocked house with everything you might need. Dana the host was quick to answer any question that I ran by her. The house itself was very clean with a great kitchen to provide anything you might need including many spices, etc.. The house has a beautiful place on the lake and we rented a pontoon for a few days that I would highly recommend. Not all properties available are this nice and this week on the lake renewed my continued participation in Thirdhome and highly recommend you stay here. ”

September 2023The perfect fun & relaxing getaway!
This was my first THIRDHOME trip, and it was a seamless experience from beginning to end! Our host, Dana, was absolutely amazing and was great at communicating. She contacted me right away after I reserved the home to see if I needed anything before arriving (firewood, life jackets, etc.). She also checked in during and after our trip to make sure everything went smoothly. The house itself is spacious and beautiful and has everything you could need. We loved floating on the lilypad, paddleboarding during the day, and having bonfires at night. There is also a winery nearby that we really enjoyed. Grocery stores are close by, too, so you don't have to travel far for anything. Overall, it was a 10/10 trip, and I highly recommend! I hope to return next summer!”

Needed to get away from it all and this worked Picked the perfect time for weather (cool starts) warm days, cool evenings Picked the wrong time as a fisherman - missed the bite and caught only gar Home is more than lovely, perfectly positioned on the lake to enjoy the views as well as to access nearby marinas/on the water restaurants Clean, cozy and aptly appointed home from coffee machine to laundry to utensils Everything you need from bedrooms to kitchen to fire pit to dock Long drive from FL, but a very comfortable and relaxing time (despite the fishing)”
