This Florida vacation villa is peaceful and secluded yet offers exciting amenities and is just a quick drive to Orlando and some wonderful Gulf Coast beaches and beach towns including Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, Daytona Beach, Tampa, and St. Pete.

The villa offers four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a private pool & spa, and a cool garage game room with a ping pong table, foosball, and video game TV and couch set up ideal for those traveling with children or friend groups.

Upon entry, there is a living room with a TV and a formal dining room. The second, more intimate living room is tastefully furnished and sits off the kitchen. Both spaces offer patio access. Step outside, and you will be impressed by the covered patio, pool, and privacy the backyard offers.

The large master bedroom has a TV and a beautiful en-suite bathroom with a large bath, walk-in shower, twin washbasins, and a separate toilet. The second bedroom is also a Master Suite with an adjoining bathroom. There are two more bedrooms with a shared bathroom. One of these is a double bedroom, and the other is a twin bedroom. There is also a complimentary baby cot upon request. The home can sleep up to 10 guests by using the fold-out double bed in the 2nd separate living room. All the bedrooms have their own remote control HD televisions.
