Beautiful home & Breathtaking views right on the beach

Can’t say enough good stuff about Seaside, 30a and specifically this home! Perfect place to be with teens that can experience the beach and community safely and autonomously.. walkable to everything, very thoughtful community with great upscale shops and definitely not the same panhandle that I remember visiting in the 80s! Home was incredibly comfortable, well appointed kitchen, giant porch to watch the sunset and 180 degree views while I cooked. House came with private beach access and owners connected us to all the resources for beach chairs, bikes etc.. owners were easy to connect with and very kind! my daughter is already asking if we can go back to Seaside this summer… ”

Ideally located beautiful beach-front property

The best way to visit the 30A area. The property is impeccably decorated and fully stocked for a convenient and relaxing visit. The location could not be more ideal. First row on the beach, stunning views of the ocean, easy walk to a private beach, and walking distance to all the Seaside restaurants and shops. Especially perfect for families with teenager. My daughter and friend had complete autonomy in a way that you cannot experience in too many places these days. They'd wake up at leisure, go for a run, walk to the local smoothie place for acai bowls, take an umbrella and couple chairs to the private beach, hang out and swim, come home and rest a bit, then head out to one of the many local restaurants for dinner - all this without the parents breathing down their backs. It's that safe and ideally located. They were in tears by the time we had to return to reality. I was practically in tears to leave the stunning ocean views, the tranquil environment of this beautiful modern home, and the convenient proximity to the hustle and bustle of all that the charming Seaside town has to offer.
