Cliff House

The central part of this impressive heritage house dates from the late nineteenth century, and it retains much of its original character and form, including the natural slate roof and timber sash windows. Cliff House hosts 7 double bedrooms, and sleeps up to fourteen people over three floors. Six of the bedrooms are ensuite, two of which have dressing rooms. In addition the seventh bedroom has a large bathroom with wet room located adjacent to it. The house has an additional W/C and an outside shower. The original sitting room has a traditional canted bay window, an open fireplace, and wood flooring and enjoys beautiful sea views. In a modern extension, a superb open-plan space enjoys panoramic coastal views. It features a stylish modern kitchen with an island unit, a large bright dining area and two seating areas. There are two small balconies on either side – from one, you can observe the ocean, surfing and beach activity, and from the other, you can keep an eye on the tennis or football match. An outdoor Sauna and plunge pool, several paved patio areas and a large area of artificial grass give unobstructed views of the ocean. . The seaward side also has a large outdoor entertainment room equipped with Pizza oven, kitchen, TV extensive seating and fireplace. This can be left open or closed with bi folding doors ensuring it can be used in all weather conditions.

There is ample parking, an EV Charging point, extensive lawns and an all-weather Tennis / Soccer / Basketball / sports court on the land side.

Cliff Lodge

In addition to Cliff House, there is a seperate detached 2 bedroomed lodge which is located in the grounds next to the House. Recently refurbished the lodge contains a modern open plan kitchen / diner and spacious living room. There are 2 ensuite bedrooms, one double bedroom and one quad bedroom providing ample accomadation for 6 guests. Cliff Lodge, like the Cliff House, provides spectactular views of Donegal bay and the Altantic Ocean. The Lodge enjoys its own private baclony and numerous patio areas, all overlooking Donegal bay.
