June 2026Perfect for our Ireland Family Trip
Our host was kind and communicative. The check-in/check-out and reservation process was simple and straightforward. The property was set against the bay and about .5 miles from the end of the peninsula in Clifden, Ireland. I enjoyed daily runs and walks to the ocean, along the rocky beaches, and amongst all of the sheep, cows, and horses. It was a quiet, peaceful setting with Ireland's famous craggy beauty. The home was as described and easily accommodated our family of 6 adults. We loved the light from the big windows and the extra space to spread out. Even though the setting was more rural, we could easily get to town in about 10-15 minutes and enjoyed several great bars and restaurants in Clifden. Ravi's had fabulous live Irish music, as did many of the other pubs. We enjoyed Guys' Seafood and the Willow Tree. Clifden is on the Wild Atlantic Way, and we took advantage of seeing the West Coast of Ireland and Connemara. Highly recommend! ”

May 2026Majestic Coastal Ireland
Our stay just outside of Clifden, Ireland was wonderful. My wife, son, his girlfriend and I spent the week at this lovely home with spectacular views and such a cozy environment. The house is well-appointed and can provide ample space for large families or several couples. We used the catering kitchen every day to make meals using the local ingredients found in the markets of Clifden. The location was exemplary for exploring the various abbeys, historical sites, islands, and pubs. The sun room was our favorite spot to look out over the water in the morning and see the various birds flying throughout the expanse. It is important to have a car to get around although there is more than enough to see and do within a 45 minute circle from the house.”
