September 2023Better than the Côte d'Azur!
We had a wonderful time at "Le bateau sur l'herbe". Véronique welcomed us with a smile even though we came in too early! The property is situated in a fine residential area with direct access to the beach, just a few blocks away from Deauville. You can jog with the horses on the beach in the morning and get warm croissants just a few steps away. Enjoy your morning at the Golf Barrière de Deauville and spend the afternoon at the races. Honfleur ( do not miss the lunch at la ferme St. Simeon), Rouen, Omaha beach, Houlgate or Cabourg are just short drives away and will seduce and charm you. For foodies; Have some lobster with french frites and enjoy a 14 year old Calvados with it! Thank you Yves for having us and letting us be a part of your dream!”
