Great place to stay in Park City!

We had a wonderful time staying at The Perch! The location is fantastic - just a short walk to the transit center and all the restaurants and shops on Main Street. We had a great time hanging out on the top floor and playing pool. There are a lot of stairs but there is an elevator! That made it really easy to move luggage into each bedroom. We would definitely stay again!”

Perfect place to gather

The Perch is located so close to town and minutes from the slopes. We loved hanging out in the great room and game room and watching the snowfall from the jacuzzi! Very organized, well equipped house and owner, manager and housekeepers were great. Looking forward to a return trip! ”

Perfect home for 3 generations

The Perch was perfect for our family vacation. It was so close to Main Street, parks, walking trails, restaurants, shopping that we really didn't need to get in the car. The house was perfect for our family including Grandma and Grandpa, Mom and Dad and one kid. It was so spacious that we all had privacy when we needed it. The kitchen was perfect and well stocked allowing us to have breakfast and a couple of dinners at home. We all congregated in the great game room at night for some pool and board games. Would highly recommend!!!”

Amazing property ... much bigger than we imagined it would be

Great location. It is very close to downtown Park City. Walking distance. Views are amazing from the 5th floor penthouse game room all the way to the 2nd floor main kitchen area. Property Manager John was always available to answer questions. We would love to come back and stay here in the future. Owner was a pleasure to deal with. ”

Excellent location & property for park city (short walk) and deer valley. The house held our family of 14 comfortably and is very well stocked. Bus ride to park city base mountain was 5 minutes and was always timely. Bus ride to deer valley base mountain was 5 minutes. We skied both and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hope we can visit once again. ”

Roomy, well-equipped and beautifully furnished

We like to cook for our group and this kitchen was quite well set up for our needs. The bedrooms were spacious and nicely furnished, and we made ample use of the billiard room. Location was quite convenient for taking the free bus to Deer Valley. I highly recommend The Perch and hope to be able to come again in future years.”

Ideal!

We found The Perch prefect for our large family ski trip. Plenty of room for everyone to have their space and the kitchen had everything we needed. The shuttle service made it so easy traveling with kids to ski lifts etc. And Main Street was an easy walk, even in the snow. Our host, Jeff, was great to work with. We hope to be back! ”

Amazing location walking distance to downtown Park City

Home was very nice. We would love to come stay here again. Only issue we had was with the HOA who had construction going on outside the house which was an inconvenience for a few days. Owner was new to the Thirdhome program and not very easy to get a hold of. We should have contacted Thirdhome to deal with the construction. Overall the home was fantastic and the location was very good. The kids loved to play with the pinball machine. ”
