Great location, beautiful home

The home is brand new and beautiful. It's very spacious and he setup with two master bedrooms plus two large bedrooms (with bunk or multiple beds) provides lots of sleeping space. The hot tub and firepit in back is nice and the rooftop patio is awesome as well. Stay was Labor Day 2026 and it was during Swiss Days-- this was walking distance (1.2 miles) to downtown which was awesome since that is a busy time to park. As is clearly described, the resort is not yet finished. It's a little shocking when you first drive in because it is a major construction site. However there is a pool and pickleball court-- just not up to the level of a "resort" -- can't wait to see it when it is all done! But really appreciated staying here and would recommend it. ”

I really like this location and property. The insides of the villa are very modern, cozy and well-equipped. The small clubhouse is nice as well. The downside was all the construction, but I am excited for the new resort and spa to get finished. This is a nice place to consider buying a fractional piece of real estate, or more. ”

A Great Week in a Beautiful Home

The home was beautiful and wonderfully appointed. All bedrooms were very comfortable, the living and dining rooms plenty large enough for our group and the patio and upstairs veranda very welcoming. It had everything you could think of for a great stay and centrally located near both Midway and Heber City, with their many restaurants, as well as to both the Soldier Hollow and Wasatch State Park golf courses (four in all). Being a new development, it is not yet identified on most map services but once you find it, it is easy to get around. There is some construction activity during the day but it was of no consequence to us. If the Heber Valley is in your travel plans, I would highly recommend Ameyalli for your stay.”

Quiet Retreat

Staying at Ameyalli was a wonderful way for us to experience the Holidays in December. This is a very large new home. Felt like a quiet and peaceful retreat. The location is wonderful for walking and hiking the beautiful foothills surrounding Midway. We even walked to the lovely charming town of Midway from the home. This area is still in the development phase with that being said the key value is a bit high. This Midway- Heber area is a beautiful area year round. ”

Paradise!!

Beautiful Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ameyalli. The property is beautiful, meticulously managed and well furnished. Everything from the furnishings to the fully stocked kitchen made our stay easy and relaxing. The hottub was a wonderful bonus. Matt and his team are amazing and really took care of us and checked in often. We hope to come back soon and would highly recommend Ameyalli!”

Lovely place

The home was spacious and new and had all the necessary things needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only items to note, which will change when the resort is completed, is the gym is very tiny and there is no pathway to pickle ball courts… bother than that I couldn’t recommend more! ”

Amazing home!

We had the most wonderful stay in Midway Utah in this home! The home was beautiful and was perfect for our trip. There was a lot of construction around but it wasn’t noisy or anything, and the gorgeous views made up for it! ”

Absolutely wonderful visit. This location is superb if you love golfing in Midway, or skiing in Deer Valley. The 2 homes we stayed in were well equipped, luxurious bedding & furnishings. The residence club is still under construction, which was of no concern to us ... when it is all done, it will be spectacular with the planned spa and other facilities. Having hot tubs at each house, and a big one for our group of 12, at the clubhouse, was very enjoyable and relaxing. The staff was very responsive and I am definitely returning as soon as I can. ”

This house was gorgeous! The Ameyalli Resort is not built yet but the property we stayed at was beautiful. The location was perfect for getting quickly to Salt Lake City as well as Park City to tour different areas. Once this resort is built…it will be spectacular!! What a great stay my 11 golfing friends and I had at this still-under-development Residence Club - Resort. The staff was great. The houses were new and very accommodating. The setting was world-class, dropped in the middle of Midway, Utah and its scenery, golf and great summer weather. Fractional real estate is a great investment, and I cannot wait until this entire development is finished! I will definitely be returning and maybe as a real estate owner!”

Great new construction, top-notch finishes & furniture. Current construction is fenced-off with a separate contractor entrance, so we were not bothered at all by the ongoing build-out. Good home base for our day trips. ”

WONDERFUL HOME, GREAT HOSTS

Our family of 8 ranging in age from 16 to 67 had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous home. The house itself is beautifully designed and elegantly appointed, without sacrificing comfort and ease. The open-plan kitchen/dining/living area was the perfect place for the entire family to cook and eat together, then settle into the enormous sofa to watch movies on an extra large TV. The large bedrooms had superb mattresses and linens. Throughout the house, light flooded in through floor to ceiling windows open onto beautiful mountain scenery. The house manager Jeff was extremely kind, stocking the coffee nook with our favorite coffees and even leaving a bouquet of flowers for us when we arrived. He couldn't have done more to make our stay more enjoyable. The location of the home is ideal, within a short driving distance of top ski resorts and breathtaking natural scenery ideal for hiking. The charming and bustling town of Park City was also a short drive, with lots of choices for restaurants and shopping. We would highly recommend this home, and are planning to return!”
