We had a great time. The house has a well-equipped kitchen which was appreciated as we made most of our meals. The hosts provided a welcome basket of snacks and red wine, and the master bath had nice amenities. The billiard table was a treat, and we got better as the week progressed. We especially enjoyed the Deer Valley Direct taxi service to and from the base area. All in all, a terrific experience.”

Strongly recommend this home! It is absolutely perfect and the host, Terry provided nothing less than a 5-star service. The location is in the heart of Deer Valley AND Park City. The floor plan is perfect for a family with large bedrooms and an office. Lots of amenities including beautifully renovated bathrooms and closets. Incredibly comfortable linens and beds, fireplace, pool table, hot tub, mudroom, and large garage. Definitely one of our top exchanges ever! Great for a multi-family vacation!

Everything about our stay in Deer Valley was superb! We had five adult and four kids and we all fit comfortably. None of us had been to the Park City area before, and for those of you looking for a snowy getaway this is the place for you. With Ski resorts, restaurants, and shopping close by we were able to stay busy and have a restful retreat to come back to. Some in our group wanted to ski while others wanted to enjoy the snow from the cozy fireplace. The house was very spacious and the location perfect for everyone to have their ideal vacation. The host was always available if needed and the house was stocked with everything we could need. We highly recommend this property! ”

Can only give this visit 5 stars because six isn’t an option

This stay was hands down our best experience within THIRDHOME, for which there wasn’t paid staff. Hosts, Terry and Doug, were attentive to details before our stay, more than generous in goodies, on arrival, Everything in this home was precisely designed and quality is great and feels welcoming. Even the hangers holding the robes said “nice touch”. “Luxury Living” is quite apt. Terry and Doug greeted us and gave us the fine points of the home and the area. They are full time residents of Park City, and if you became captivated by the area, and decided this was the place for another THIRDHOME, they would be delighted to help you find the perfect property, Some practical points about the home: three upstairs bedrooms, one at ground level, off the kitchen. Most of the beds, including the downstairs, are elevated. Not perfect for limited mobility guests.”

Loved our stay!!

Beautiful property less than an easy mile from Deer Valley Ski Resort and a few miles to Park City. Very comfortable for a large family with In-Suite baths in all four bedrooms, hot tub, pool table, large cozy fireplace, updated electronics, fully equipped kitchen and very private feeling. Outstanding Master Bath recently remodeled. The owners personally stopped by to make sure all was well. Appreciated the hospitality basket and welcome! They even mailed us a large packet of information about the area before our stay. Nice touch! We hope to visit again soon! ”

Great Home & Great Hosts

I really enjoyed my stay at Doug and Terry's beautiful home. I met them the day after arrival and they're always available to answer any questions. Although much larger than I needed I was very impressed with the layout for large groups and open feeling from the kitchen and living room. I also was impressed with how clean and well stocked everything was. Very professional. A real log burning fireplace is rare in Park City but theirs was well stocked and has a gas starter as well. Located very close to Deer Valley and just about a mile to Park City's historic Main Street it is an ideal location in a very nice and quiet neighborhood.”

Just finished up a week in the Park City/ Deer Valley area staying in this amazing home. The trip was perfect. We were fortunate to have amazing snow conditions, loved the area of Deer Valley and Park City and the home was great. I really could not have asked for more. The owners of this home were excellent to work with. Very professional, well managed home, very clean, everything works perfectly. The location was great. I spent most of my time snowboarding at Park City/ Canyons and the drive to the front of the resort was only about 5-7 minutes. The neighborhood where the home is located is very nice, quiet, and the perfect place to relax in the hot tub after a long day on the slopes. Best ski vacation of my life! ”

Perfect House and Location

Our stay was wonderful because the accommodations were so perfect. Nice big house with plenty of space. There were 7 of us and it never felt crowded. The hot tub was a great way to relax at the end of the day. The real wood burning fireplace was awesome. The owners couldn't have been more gracious and easy to deal with. You are 5 min from everything you would want in Deer Valley and Park City.”
