House Rules

There is a private lockup garage with one parking space available for guests at the rear of the property as well as a private door at the front of the residence where you can walk through the garden and down to the beach.

There is a near constant breeze throughout the home, plus there are ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms. There is also a portable designer floor fan included with the property.

Because our home is in a private residential neighbourhood we can’t have any parties. We also don’t allow pets or smoking.
