We were 4 couples spending a week for my 65 th birthday. The house was comfortable and had all we needed. Clean and excellent beddings and a kitchen which allowed us to BBQ and cook at home. We spend the majority of our evenings at the outdoor dining area by the pool. The house is located 50 yards from what must be one of the top 5 beaches in the Carribean. It is almost your own private bay. There is no need to go to touristy Grace Bay but I advise to rent a car since you are a car ride away from everything. It is on a private road and is being patrolled 24/7 which made us feel very safe. A couple of "Carribean quircks" occured but that goes with the territory. We would love to visit again since it was so relaxing and enjoyable . Our host was super nice and the property manager office was responsive ( Carribean style). Quiet Tropical Paradise

Rosso di Sera Villa was everything as advertised and more! Perched up high, with constant light sea breezes keeping the bugs down and making it very relaxing - no need for AC even though the home is equipped. The owner was easy and simple to work with. Relaxing sunsets on Taylor Bay

After two decades we were pleased to return to Taylor Bay, previously a favorite getaway destination. Situated in the Chalk Sound/Silly Creek area of Provo, the ocean and accompanying beach are quiet and soothing, unlike the busy beach crashing surf of Grace Bay, for which the Turks and Caicos islands are famous. Villa Rosso di Sera was a spacious and comfortable place to relax. Its setting offered privacy, accentuated by thick vegetation that surrounded the villa. Taylor Bay is a short walk away, and the views from the house are restricted to Chalk Sound’s beautiful waters to the north. The villa is roomy, and Teresa has equipped it nicely with kitchen essentials and comfortable bedding. The pool is lovely and refreshing, and she makes a special effort to have a large number of beach towels for her visitors’ convenience. She also has a plethora of beach craft, toys and sporting equipment to assist guests in their recreational pursuits. A special touch is the large refrigerated water bottle dispenser that she provides for guests. This was welcomed since the temperature for the most part hovered at 80 degrees F. and above. On our first evening trip to and from Grace Bay, we learned the necessity of timing our drives to miss the rush hour traffic, which was caused by the restricted thoroughfare shared by Provo residents and visitors alike, leading to road jams at times. The Turks and Caicos is a unique island, and although Grace Bay is its signature tourist attraction, we prefer the quieter area away from the hustle and bustle about 30 minutes away. Teresa is a gracious and communicative host, and we were grateful for her advice when we needed it. Roso di Serra Villa “hits the spot” for anyone seeking a relaxing getaway experience. ”

Peaceful Paradise

It would be hard to imagine a more beautiful, peaceful place to spend spring break with our kids and grandkids. The villa is just steps from Taylor Bay beach with its soft white sand and knee deep shallows. Many a sand castle sprang up on shore over the course of a morning. Later in the day, family games back at the pool were enjoyed by all. Good restaurants are nearby, and Grace Bay shopping is just a 20 minute drive away, as is Smith's Reef for excellent snorkeling. The layout of the villa allows cooling breezes to flow through every room and kept us all comfortable. Whenever we had questions, the concierge was easily reached and able to help us with reservations and suggestions. All in all, an excellent home in which to lay back, appreciate the surroundings, and enjoy family camaraderie.”

Resort vibes and golden sunsets

We spent an incredible week at Rosso di Sera Villa during our summer vacation with our daughters, aged eight and ten. This is the second property we've visited by the same owner, and once again, she proved to be a fantastic host. The house is beautifully decorated in a coastal style, located in a private and secure neighborhood. The home is spacious and filled with natural light. Each bedroom had its own air conditioning unit, comfortable beds, and top quality linens. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the Sonos system was built in. The community offers two tennis courts and private beach access to Taylor Bay, one of the island's most stunning beaches. We spent a lot of time there and made sure to never miss its magical sunsets. The house provided beach chairs, a cooler, snorkeling gear, and even kayaks, which we used a lot in Taylor Bay. Additionally, the villa was equipped with a Sono system, a hot tub, a pool with cool floats, a grill, and a beautiful pool deck—it felt like a private resort! The location was ideal, just twenty-five minutes from Grace Bay, where we found shops, restaurants, and water sports activities. It was also conveniently located twenty minutes from Smith's Reef, where we snorkeled with turtles and saw a variety of fish. Our host, Theresa, was very responsive before and during our stay, ensuring everything went smoothly. The property concierge was quick to reply and assist with any questions. The cleaning staff were also very helpful and professional, making the extra fee well worth it. Overall, our stay at Rosso di Sera Villa was unforgettable, and we highly recommend this property for a family-friendly vacation in Turks and Caicos. We can't wait to return! ”

Perfect vacation in paradise!

Rosso di Sera Villa was beautiful and Taylor Bay is now our favorite beach! The home had everything we could ask for and its location with a very short walk to beautiful Taylor Bay Beach was wonderful! The serenity of the south side of the island was just what we were looking for. The layout of the home was just right for us to couples to spread out, but have fun in the common areas as well. You could easily have three or four couples in this home. We hope to return again next year or two share this beautiful property with other friends! Thank you to Teresa for being an amazing host!”

A very special place

The host was so easy to communicate with. The home was beautiful and had the most amazing breeze. It’s perfectly situated between the lagoon and bay, a 2 minute walk to either. The beach is breathtaking, Turks and Caicos is a really special place, this home makes it even more special.”
