Encompassing over 10,000 square feet of total living space, the property comprises a central 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom main residence featuring soaring 14 ½-foot ceilings, a splendidly expansive glass wall that seamlessly connects the living area to the ocean, and a gourmet kitchen. Downstairs a separate 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom guest house with its own entrance provides a master suite, an additional bedroom, and shared spaces including a luxury living room, dining area, and kitchen – all showcasing breathtaking ocean views. Both the main house and the guest house embrace modern open layouts adorned with chic interior and exterior design elements and furnishings.

A sprawling 2600-square-foot pool deck, shaded by the villa's expansive cantilevered roof, beckons outdoor entertainment. Here, a generous infinity-edge heated pool with a shallow area (4.5 feet deep at its maximum) creates a family-friendly oasis. Fully furnished for ultimate relaxation and al fresco dining, this expansive outdoor haven is equipped with an outdoor fireplace, built-in gas grill, beverage center, and an ambient outdoor surround sound system.

Descend a staircase from both the main house and guest house to access the 190-foot ocean walkway along the water's edge. This tiled pathway offers convenient access to the tranquil turquoise ocean, with a cabana for shade, an outdoor shower, a day bed, and a kayak shack equipped with four kayaks and two stand-up paddle boards for your leisurely enjoyment. The distant islets appear closer than they actually are; a mere half-mile away and easily reachable by paddleboard, kayaks, or strolling through the soft pristine sands, as the water is only about 4 feet deep during low tide and around 6 feet deep during high tide.

While a private low tide beach graces the ocean walk's front, those in search of a larger sandy shoreline can take a brief 2-minute stroll up Bristol Hill Drive and then follow a pathway through native brush to reach a spacious private beach, shared among neighboring villas on the secluded street.

Spanning 238 square miles, the land predominantly consists of low, flat limestone terrain, complemented by extensive marshes, mangrove swamps, and 128 square miles of pristine coastline. Freshwater resources are limited, with rainwater collected in private cisterns for drinking, supplemented by desalinated seawater for public use. The primary natural resources are spiny lobster, conch, and other shellfish.

Climate-wise, the Turks and Caicos Islands revel in a sunny marine tropical climate characterized by relative dryness. With consistent temperatures year-round, the islands bask in sunshine for about 350 days annually. In winter, temperatures average in the low 70s°F at night and low 80s°F during the day. Summertime brings daytime highs in the mid to upper 80s°F and nighttime lows in the mid to upper 70s°F.
