The oceanfront complex is a haven of amenities, including an oceanfront pool, elevated oceanfront hot tubs, a covered oceanfront gazebo, two dune-crossing walkways leading to the beach, outdoor showers, a private elevator for each unit, electric fireplaces, Smart TVs, WiFi, park-style outdoor grills, and an impressive total of five balconies per unit, with three directly facing the ocean. Additional features encompass a bad weather entry and limited parking underneath.

Upon entering the unit, you'll access it through the carport area, either by the bad weather entry staircase or the elevator, making grocery and luggage transportation hassle-free. The first level houses two bedrooms, a spacious full bath with a tub and shower combination, a walk-in laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, elevator, and stairwell access.

The sound-side bedroom (bedroom #3) accommodates four guests with a set of twin bunks and a full-size bed. This room offers a perfect space for kids, equipped with a wall-mounted flat-screen Smart TV. A large walk-in closet and ceiling fan add comfort, with direct access to the sound-side balcony.

Moving down the hallway from bedroom #3, you'll encounter a walk-in laundry room, followed by a generously sized full bath serving the two bedrooms on this level.

The second bedroom facing direct oceanfront provides direct balcony access through glass slider doors, granting exceptional ocean views. This bedroom includes a queen bed, ceiling fan, a wall-mounted flat-screen 50-inch Smart TV, and a closet.
