May 2024Accommodating Host
This property was exactly as advertised. No surprises and everything inside and outside worked just fine like all of us vacationers wish for but seldom receive for some reason or another. The house was well equipped, furnished and stocked with everything a person needs for a very comfortable stay. Carre, the Owner/host was very accommodating, always available to communicate and went beyond customary hosting endeavors to ensure our stay was memorable. The location is great for golf enthusiasts (close to the famous fountain in Fountain Hills and 10 minutes away from everything you desire in famous Scottsdale), 5 minutes away from the Verde River and close to several lakes for numerous outdoor activities if so desired. The Rio Verde community is quiet, serene and peaceful but close enough to all the well known Phoenix & Scottsdale attractions. This won't be our last time visiting this area and the house/host will not disappoint. ”
