Welcome to Arrowhead Summit, nestled within the Birchwood Farms Golf and Country Club community. Situated just 5 miles from Downtown Harbor Springs, 9 miles from the Highlands at Harbor Springs, 11 miles from Nubs Nob, and a mere 15 miles from Petoskey/Bay Harbor, this location offers easy access to various attractions.

Upon entering our inviting home, you'll be captivated by the grand stonewall fireplace in the open-concept living room and kitchen. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, all centered around a spacious island, perfect for accommodating your group. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats 12 guests, with additional bar seating at the island. A convenient laundry room and pantry are tucked away to the right of the kitchen.

For moments of relaxation, the sunroom with an electric fireplace beckons, or step outside to the upper deck with patio seating and serene Lake Michigan views. The gas grill is at your disposal for those delectable barbecues.

The main floor features a luxurious master suite with a king bed, walk-in closet, and a spacious master bath with double vanity, heated floors, and a walk-in shower. Another guest room with a king bed and an additional guest bathroom with a shower and tub complete this level.

Upstairs, an open-concept gathering room with a TV and sofa sleeper awaits, along with additional guest rooms, including a twin over full bunk room, a full-size bedroom, and another room with a king bed. A guest bathroom with a walk-in shower is also found on this level.

The lower level beckons with a family room, a combination paddleboard table and pool table, a bar area, and walkout access to the lower deck, featuring a unique ski chair lift swing. Additional amenities, including a hot tub and treadmill, are conveniently located on this level, along with an adjacent shower and bathroom.

Additional sleeping options are available on the lower level, offering two twin beds with a bunk bed, a king bedroom, and a queen bedroom, each with an additional guest bathroom.

For winter enthusiasts, Boyne Mountain Resort is just 30 miles away for excellent skiing. In the summer, you can enjoy the onsite amenities or take a short drive to explore the beautiful Northern Michigan beaches in Good Hart, Harbor Springs, and Petoskey. For a day trip, head 36 miles to Mackinac City to catch a ferry to enchanting Mackinac Island.

Birchwood Farms Golf and Country Club offers a range of amenities, including a 27-hole golf course, a driving range, various racquet sports facilities, a seasonal heated outdoor pool, a well-equipped fitness center, and a charming Clubhouse offering dining options. Should you wish to access these Birchwood amenities during your stay, you have the option to participate in the 2023 Access Program, with fees of $750 applicable from May 1 to September 30, or $250 from October 1 to April 30. To secure access, please complete your payment and submit the required paperwork at least 7 days before your planned arrival date. Please note that 2024 fees may be subject to change.
