Art District, convenient and comfortable.

This apartment is wonderful. The location made our visit easy, walking distance to the train station, beach and markets, close to so many boutiques, galleries and cafes. The street was convenient for Uber drivers. We had great communication and excellent recommendations with our host. The neighborhood is bustling but not noisy, citizens were friendly. The apartment is spacious, the kitchen was well stocked with essentials. We enjoyed a little shopping, cooking, but so many restaurants are nearby, we ate out and the local cuisine was remarkable. L’éponyme Restaurant & Gallery, is across the street diagonally and the experience was perfection. The weather was cool spring, when we arrived, so there was no need for A/C; the property was having a little issue, but it didn't affect our stay or the stars and if it had they offered a backup plan. We came alone and didn't use but one bedroom; the water closets are separate from showers and spaced. There are stairs but that did not affect us. Cannes is a phenomenal city, and we had a "Greeter Walk" one day, Chantal gave us the scoop on everything Cannes. Enjoy, and Bon Voyage!”

Beautiful property and great location! Perfect place to enjoy Cannes and Southern France

We were party of four (two couples) staying during the early April 2024. Weather was still cool, but warms up during the day. For us, it was perfect. Location of the property was perfect. Walking distance to everything and to difference cities/villages via train as the train station is only about 10 minutes walk. Cafe, restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores are all with a short walk. You don't need to rent a car. Uber is the best way for transportation everywhere including to/from Nice airport. Apartment felt much larger that what it showed on the post. All four bedrooms are very large and beds and pillows are very comfortable for a good night rest. Modern, beautiful and clean interior made our stay even more comfortable. Kitchen is fully equipped and living/dining room was also spacious and comfortable. There is a small terrace facing the street, and we enjoyed the morning coffee or afternoon drink sitting and watching people go by. Host was very hospitable and quick to answer to our requests or questions. Very helpful that make our stay even more comfortable. Note: Bathroom/Toilet arrangements are slightly different from the property description. Two bedrooms have Shower/Sink. One bedroom has a toilet/sink. Another shower/sink facility is off the hallway, and another separate toilet /sink is across the hallway from the shower/sink. We would love to return to spend a relaxing week in Cannes. A joyful revisit to France

As a confirmed Francophile that first visited the country as a teenager more than 60 years ago and innumerable times since, I was delighted to return for a week this January. My visit was enhanced in every way by staying at the Bone apartment. It is a splendid space in the heart of Cannes, with easy and ready access to the Mediterranean Sea and nearby spectacular localities, including Nice, Antibes, Ville Franche sur Mer and more. The hosts were readily available and always perfectly accommodated my needs. A most memorable vacation in a most memorable place of residence. I eagerly look forward to my return. ”
