Center Hill Lake Cabin

Escape to a tranquil Center Hill Lake retreat in Sparta, TN, where a charming rustic cabin awaits with a perfect blend of comfort and natural beauty. The lakehouse is at the end of the road with no neighbors, providing ultimate privacy. With approximately 2,300 square feet of cozy living space, this spectacular lake view haven includes a 240 sq/ft bunkhouse, a 255 sq/ft dining pavilion with deck, and a 340 sq/ft outdoor fireplace pavilion, providing a total escape for guests seeking a serene getaway.

The cabin boasts a variety of sleeping arrangements, from the second floor master bedroom with a queen bed and queen sleep sofa to the “quilt bedroom” with a queen bed. Additional sleeping spaces include the den which has a queen sleep sofa and can be accessed from the deck and “quilt bedroom”, the “brass bedroom” with a full bed, and the “futon room” with a queen futon. The bunkhouse, which has a treehouse feel, features a bunk bed with a top twin and bottom queen futon, and a loft with a queen floor mattress for added comfort. There are a total of nine beds, three and one half bathrooms, a four person jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom and an outdoor shower. The cabin and bunkhouse can comfortably accommodate large families. The main dining room adjacent to the living room will seat 10 to 12 and the separate dining pavilion easily seats 12 to 14 and is steps from the front door.

Enjoy the great outdoors on the spacious decks. The 1,800 sq/ft main deck has a gas fire table with four cushioned chairs and two rustic cedar rocking chairs positioned under a larger bump out with ceiling fans. This space is great for morning coffee, relaxing afternoons and evening cocktails. The main deck has a large ice cooler, a hammock that views the lake and additional deck furniture. The size of the deck also allows for family corn hole tournaments. The upper deck off the master bedroom measures 300 sq/ft and has a bump out for shade as well as a rustic gas fire pit with two rocking chairs. All decks, railings, and lights are brand new, featuring Trex and Wild Hog railings for durability and style. As night falls, the rustic charm of the cabin is illuminated by the soft glow of the deck lighting and gentle tree lit landscape lights. The separate wood burning outdoor fireplace pavilion has a TV and music for entertainment and is the perfect place to enjoy s'mores.

For the electronic savvy, all TV’s stream on ROKU with five in the cabin, one in bunkhouse and one at the fireplace pavilion. There are six sets of speakers with individual controls connected to the main cabin system. This audio system operates via Bluetooth or SONOS. There are two sets of speakers in/out at the bunkhouse (Bluetooth) and a set of outdoor speakers at the fireplace pavilion (Bluetooth/SiriusXM)

For those eager to explore, take in the Center Hill Lake, spanning 28.5 square miles and offering 18,220 acres of aquatic wonder. Stretching 64 miles in length and plunging to depths of 190 feet, this lake provides a picturesque backdrop for a variety of water activities and relaxation. The Lakehouse is approximately 2 miles from Sligo Marina/Resturant where pontoon boat rentals are offered. CHL is also known for great bass fishing. Every week in the summer, Ragland Bottom State Park (1 mile away) holds fishing tournaments. Also, there are many golf courses in the area including Honky Tonk National, a private club with public access, approximately 3 miles away. Crossville, TN (less than one hour away) is known as the “Golf Capital of Tennessee” has eight courses. One of them, Stonehenge, is rated #1 resort course in Tennessee. A new Buc-ee’s in Crossville is also worth the trip.
