~ Quiet hours for Sunday - Thursday is at 10pm to 7am of next day
~ Quiet hours for Friday & Saturday is at 11pm to 8am of next day

••• Safety Guidelines •••
~ Close all building entrance doors behind you immediately for security
~ No unauthorized guests or visitors; reach out to management if you’d like to discuss hosting a visitor or event
~ Do not share your door code with others; each guest party has their own private code that works on the appropriate doors
~ Do not smoke or vape inside the house
~ No unauthorized pets

~ Help yourself to coffee and tea. Other staples may be available.
~ All other food items are not included in the cost of your reservation by default.

••• Etiquette •••
~ Be kind to our antiques and fixtures; we work very hard to maintain the environment for our community. Please use coasters, don't lean back on chair legs, do not hang things on the walls, etc. Damage to the facilities will be billed to the responsible guest.
~ If you notice damage to the facilities, please report it immediately; this helps us make sure we keep the space in top shape at all times for all visitors
~ Remove your shoes at the entrance; a shoe rack is provided.
~ Keep all food items in the refrigerator
~ Make sure to clean after yourselves when using common areas; this helps maintain cleanliness and prevents attracting insects
~ Waste collection every Wednesday morning; segregate your garbage properly to compost, trash, and recyclables.

~ Rooms with ‘Off-Limits’ signage are not accessible
~ Garage and laundry are not private and are accessible by staff.
~ The exercise equipment is not for guest use.
