Meganisi View The Villa (R)

This luxurious villa, located in the southeast of the Ionian island of Lefkada, offers breathtaking views across the sea towards Meganisi, Thilia, Scorpios Island, and Lefkada, extending to mainland Greece. The villa can accommodate up to 10 guests in its five well-appointed bedrooms.

On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms. The first features a queen-size 4-poster bed with an en suite bathroom that includes an indoor shower, an outdoor shower, and a freestanding bath. The second bedroom offers a super king-size 4-poster bed with an en suite shower room.

The lower floor houses three additional bedrooms. The first has a super king-size bed (which can be arranged as twins) with an en suite shower room. The second features a king-size bed and an en suite shower room, with an extra sofa-bed available. The third bedroom includes a super king-size bed with an en suite shower room.

The villa’s living spaces are designed for relaxation and enjoyment. The large double-height open plan sitting room and kitchen feature floor-to-ceiling glass windows, providing stunning sea views. There are long terraces on both sides of the house and a large veranda with a dining area that leads down to the pool area. The villa also includes two separate sitting areas, a mezzanine level with a PlayStation/computer area, and a kitchen island with a breakfast bar that seats up to eight.

Outdoor amenities are plentiful, with an outside terrace that has a dining table for up to 12 people and a seating area, a pergola, and a V-shaped swimming pool (50m², maximum length of 12m) which can be heated upon request. The property also features a private beach with a lounging area and seating, a 10 x 2.5m floating pontoon/jetty, and a 7.8m RIB boat moored on the pontoon driven by villa staff (fuel payable locally). For dining and relaxation, there is a large shaded pergola area around the pool, further shaded dining area, an outdoor shower and cloakroom, an outdoor drinks fridge, a BBQ, and an outdoor table tennis table. Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy the use of two two-man kayaks, four paddleboards, water skis, wakeboards, a kneeboard, and snorkeling equipment.

Inside, the villa is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, ceiling fans in the upper floor bedrooms, hair dryers, TV, WiFi, a fully integrated music system with Bluetooth, and Korres shower products. Additionally, there is a single temperature wine cabinet and a PlayStation 3 with games. The gym, with views over the sea, includes a cross-trainer, a spin bike, a rowing machine, and TRX equipment.

The villa is serviced by a live-in staff couple residing in their own apartment on the lower ground floor with a separate entrance. They will drive the RIB for water skiing, wakeboarding, snorkeling, and take guests to tavernas for lunch and dinner. They also prepare and lay out continental breakfast six days a week and set the table for lunch and dinner (food and drink payable locally). The staff has one day off per week when the RIB is not available. An external chef is available to cook lunch and dinner upon request (ingredients payable locally). Daily maid service is provided for four hours by two ladies, seven days a week, with linen changes twice weekly (Wednesday and Sunday). A gardener and pool maintenance services are also included.

Available upon request, and payable locally, are services such as yoga, massage, scuba diving, paragliding, mountain biking, wine tasting, and RIB/yacht charter.

Please note that, due to several steep drops, the house is not suitable for children under eight years old, although small babies in arms are welcome. The villa can strictly accommodate up to 10 people.
