July 2026Amazing mountain getaway.
This is a really wonderful cabin nestled above Silverthorne. The crown jewel of course is the deck, which not only has a magnificent view of the mountains and the town below, but also a gas grill and a hot tub. Nearby, there is also a standalone sauna, with an equally amazing view. The cabin itself is quite secluded, in a very quiet residential area, but close to town. It has all the necessary comforts including filtered water, washer/dryer combo, and an up-to-date kitchen. We visited in July, but it was nice and cool in the mornings, and during the day there was always enough fresh air entering through the window and the patio door. The sleeping area in the mezzanine took a little getting used to, but the ladder is very safe and sturdy with convenient handles at the top, so we didn't have any issues with that. However, the bed was very comfortable and also offered great views of the mountains through the floor to ceiling glazing. A special shoutout to the owner, Todd, who was extremely responsive to all our requests. Overall, a wonderful and highly memorable experience. Strongly recommended!”
