March 2025Beautiful Townhouse
My husband and I stayed at this property and the townhouse is stunning ( brand new) with our adult daughter and her boyfriend. Beautiful beach and our host was exceptional. I was a bit disappointed that there were no services aside from housekeeping. No little shop to buy sundries, no bar, no restaurant. The property is still under development and you need a car to get to any place with services... It seems like the two mid rise buildings connected to the water front townhouses are occupied by full time local residents - not vacationers. Everyone was lovely but we did feel slightly out of place and ended up purchasing day passes to other hotel properties in Punta Mita. ”
