Penthouse *5* on the Water
Penthouse 5 on the River
*Please note that this property has a strict maximum occupancy of 4 guests and all guests must be over the age of 18.*
The apartment was redecorated in July, 2015 and is filled with wonderful art and many antiques. It is a *coastal* feel, and very upscale. Guests love to entertain their friends because the apartment lends itself to that. The balcony is huge and has great views of the waterway. Some of the balcony is under cover and some of it is open for the sun!
The apartment is perfectly positioned for the best sunrises on the water that Florida has to offer. They are spectacular! You can see dolphin everyday from the balcony. They play around the seawall. The full moon shining on the expanse of water is equally beautiful!!
And, of course, the beaches are phenomenal! They are just over the causeway. Paddle boarding and kayaking in the ocean and lagoon are very popular here.
In the neighborhood you will find a first class museum, opera, nationally ranked theatre, and famous McKee Jungle Botanical Garden. Our shopping on Ocean Drive rivals Palm Beach! Our cultural activiites make this piece of florida an artistic delight!
The Allure of Vero Beach
Vero Beach is a charming seaside community located on Florida’s beautiful Treasure Coast. Vero Beach is inviting, yet casually elegant. It attracts visitors and residents because of the cultural wealth and inherent natural beauty of the area. In fact, Vero Beach has been rated the “Best Small Town in Florida & the Twelfth Best Small Town in the Nation”. Vero Beach has also been named one of “The 100 Best Art Towns in America”.
The Gateway To The Tropics
Known as the “Gateway to the Tropics,” Vero Beach is located in a climatic transition zone that offers an unusual mix of vegetation. It has ancient oak and pine forests mixed with canopies of lush palm trees. The area is also recognized as the ‘Citrus Capital of the World’, producing the finest Indian River Citrus for the domestic market and worldwide export.
The Indian River Lagoon & Intracoastal Waterway
The Indian River Lagoon, passing through Vero Beach, forms a significant portion of the Intracoastal Waterway, and is a hub for boating, fishing, water skiing, and other small-craft activities. Vero Beach has some of the best places in the country for surfing and a unique place for diving, fishing, and exploring Nature Preserves. This apartment has a beautiful expansive view of the Intracoastal. You can watch boating activity all day from the deck. Large boats are always going North and South and they are a delight to behold.

This is a very nice, clean and well decorated property. I was unlucky with a week booked early november at this condo. There came a big storm, hurricane 1 this week that caused us to stay 4 days in a Hotel south to avoid this storm. Then it was raining weather the days after. Be careful to book this property in summer time. ”

This charming 2 bedroom apartment is a wonderful place to relax, both inside and on the beautiful veranda overlooking the Indian River lagoon. The owners have stylishly appointed this home with original artwork and antiques from their own antique store. Everything is arranged with great beauty and quality. The veranda was our favorite spot, for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails, grilling steaks, enjoying the boats passing by as well as the dolphins feeding in the lagoon. Vero Beach is a treasure - a very artsy and cultural community with high quality restaurants and shopping. Morning and evening walks were so pleasant in this safe and convenient little neighborhood, and Miracle Mile shopping centers are within 5 minutes of the apartment. Patty is a fantastic and friendly hostess and very available if any needs arise. This is our second stay here, and it will not be our last!”

My family had a great stay at this lovely condo on the water. The condo was immaculate, with a kitchen stocked with anything you would need if you want to cook, and provision of beach chairs, towels and umbrella. The deck in front is a great place to relax, soak up the sun and, if you are lucky (which we were), watch the dolphins swim and play. The beach is less than a 5 minute drive away and is next to a cute area with shops and restaurants. There are also restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend this great Vero Beach condo!”
