Beautiful and Wonderful

The overall stay was very good. The communications before and during was excellent. The fact that there is a door code means that you don't need to check in anywhere; just go right up to the unit upon arrival. All the information is given ahead of time. There are codes for everything from the front door, internet, gym and beach access. We just put them in our phones since we carry our phones everywhere. There is parking and grills on the 3 bottom floors. The pools are large and next to the beach. The way the building is originated keep the breeze very low in the pool area. It can get very warm but the pool is nice and cool. It is a 17 story building with only two evaluators. We were lucky to be there during off season because the elevators are slow. The unit we stayed in had a storage box on the lanai containing sand chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards for the beach. You do need to bring your own beach towel for the pool and beach. The unit we stated in was a 2 bedroom described as two kings. It had one king and a full size in the second bedroom. The unit had a very large lanai with four chairs. Full size kitchen and dish washer. The unit had a washer and dryer too. The staff working there were very friendly. It is only 20 mins from the airport and we decided to use rideshare and not rent a car for the week. We used Instacart for groceries and the first night Door Dash for dinner since we did not know the area. There are several restaurants within walking distance. We rented a car from Enterprise one day because I knew they would deliver the car. However it is only 3/4 mile away. Lots of shopping and dining withing a short driving distance. The beach and surrounding area gets very crowded during the weekend since it is so close for people to drive in from AL and GA. The beach is beautiful white sand and crystal clear water. Very shallow for about 40 yards out and very low waves. There are many military jets that fly down the beach because the area has several bases within a couple of hours driving. ”

Solid place

We really enjoyed our stay. Parking was right there and there was security. Pools were beach front and had plenty of chairs. You can't beat PCB for the solid white sand and clear water. The condo had a nice and spacious balcony. The kitchen was well appointed and we used the on site grills to cook also. Wallmart delivered our groceries. We would stay there again. Suggest renting chairs and an umbrella for the week. By the week is discounted.”
