Our home is located inside a secure condominium with only 2 homes. The 2 houses are separated by a wall. The bedrooms, living rooms, and kitchen are the ones that you see in the INTERNAL pictures of the house. The condo is located just a few meters from the sand and the ocean.
House Rules
The maid will come everyday to assist you if necessary. There is a dog in the house that is kept in a safe place locked during your stay. The swimming pool is cleaned everyday by our maintenance employee.
No parties are allowed at the house, and only the 4 guests that made the reservation can sleep at the house during the week of stay.

September 20255-Star Comfort, Private Paradise – Maresias at Its Best!
We had an amazing stay at Maresias Beach Home! The house offered everything we could wish for — it truly felt like a 5-star hotel, only better, since you have it all to yourself. The private pool, gym, and the padel/squash court were fantastic, and the living room and garden are beautifully designed and perfectly maintained. The location is excellent — just a few minutes from a stunning beach, and close to shops and great restaurants in town. The host was very kind and ensured everything ran smoothly. Every morning the pool and garden were cleaned by the housekeeper or caretaker, who were always friendly and helpful with any small requests. We highly recommend this home for an unforgettable holiday and as a perfect base to explore the beauty of this part of Brazil!”

we spend a whole week in this fabolous home, well equipped with all conforts. Large kitchen and also a big grill area for churrasco. You can eat inside or outside as you wish. Quite neighborhood not far from the beach. Ademar was a good host.”
