Our beautiful home in exclusive Maresias is a lovely place in the perfect destination. You will enjoy the large guest section of the house which is immaculate and comfortably furnished. The house opens into a tropical back yard/garden.
The two guest bedrooms sleep four adults comfortably on king size mattresses in the main guest room and the two single beds in the second room. Our guest section of the house has its own private and you will using also the living room and the kitchen of the main house with all amenities, including the swimming pool and the gym.
Either way you will have exclusive access to all spaces in the house seen in our listing, including the kitchen, the only part with no acess for the guests will be the 2nd floor in the main house where is located the owner bedroom which will be locked with his clothes and personal belongings.

Our home is a short distance to beaches, tennis, shopping, pubs, restaurants. Maresias Beach is just 5 minutes away walking. You will enjoy exclusive access to the gourmet kitchen, living room, dining room, in addition to those two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There´s WiFi, a new outdoor BBQ grill, and the property is non-smoking and does not allow pets. There´s off street parking in driveway. This is a home not suitable for those under the age of 21 years.
