November 2025View of Duomo from the living room is amazing
Lovely views of old town Florence from all the rooms of this penthouse apartment. I see from VRBO that this apartment rents for over $800 per night. Wifi network Florence Sunset in the home is very fast in the living room and if you use wifi in the bedrooms use FS network with same password for the main network and you will get fast speeds. The Manager Lavinia was very professional and accommodating. We got delayed in Milan so we ended up only staying at this amazing home for 4 nights. The washer dryer works very good in this apartment. We found a great restaurant called La Buchetta del vino dello Strozzino which was only 5 blocks away. And Vivoli gelato is only 2 blocks from the apartment. The elevator works very well. Only issue we had was opening the front door on the bottom level. You have to push the button very hard. My wife had trouble pushing it hard enough to get it to open, but I had no issues. The showers and bathrooms are great in this home as is the layout. We only had 2 people, but this home would easily accommodate 3 couples. The owner and her manager were very easy to work with and great communication via What's App messaging. We hope to return to Florence and hope this owner puts this amazing home in Thirdhome again. ”

August 2025Respite from the Heat at Florence Sunset
We were always amazed at the changing light shining on the Duomo when we woke up in am and returned in afternoon or evening. The Apt is comfortable with ample seating to relax take in the gorgeous rooftop views from all of the common areas and bedrooms. Kitchen fully stocked. Wonderful communication with Daniela and reception and recommendations from Bri , Daniela's assistant. Although it was quite warm in Florence we were able to be comfortable and sleep well with AC at night . Thank you for our stay and would love to return!!”

The description did not do this home justice! It is a lovely home, completely comfortable . Has everything you need. The layout is such that the sleeping rooms are totally separate from the living space , offering wonderful privacy and quiet. But the location was the highlight wonderful restaurants at the end of the block. A five minute walk gets you to the Duomo and all that the neighborhood has to offer. ”
