With four king and a multi purpose room with a queen sized sofa bed, the retreat accommodates up to 10 guests. The property has a caretaker couple living on site in a detached small studio. The caretaker will meet guests., provide keys, manage the pool, deal with any problems and keep the garden watered during dry weather. For a fee, the caretakers can arrange airport transfers and provide cleaning services during your stay if needed.

The property’s expansive pool area is designed for both sunbathing and socializing, making it easy to enjoy the Byron Bay sunshine in a secluded setting. The property however is not suitable for small children because of a deep, unfenced koi fishpond – nice to look at but not safe for young ones who could fall in.
