HOUSE POLICIES
Please be mindful that someone owns this home and has put a lot of effort in making it as comfortable as possible for you. With quality décor, bedding and furniture, as such, be respectful of the home to avoid any damage fees.
NO SHOES/BOOTS
Please remove shoes/boots at the door to not track in any water or mud. There is an area on entrance to either front door or garage for apparel and boots, all ski equipment can be stored in the garage.
SMOKING POLICY
There is absolutely no smoking allowed in this home.
PET POLICY
Pets are NOT permitted in this home unless they have been approved. Subject to major damage free.
Additional Fees
Leave the house as you found it with all sheets and towels cleaned and stacked on the bed all refrigerators and kitchen left as you arrived or hire our cleaners who manage our unit to complete by leaving cash $350.
