Additional Fees
Schaffer's Mill Club welcomes guests of members. Guests must be registered with the member services team for access to the North Village, Golf and Base Camp amenities. General property access, hiking, biking, disc golf, basketball, lawn games, playground, and access to the restaurant and bar are complimentary. Concerige service can help with reservations for local activities and adventures. The HOA charges an unaccompanied guest fee for Club amenities as listed below.
Memorial Day Weekend - Labor Day Weekend
- North Village: $45 per person/day for use of all North Village amenities including, tennis/pickleball courts (reservations required), swimming pool (private cabanas additional fee), adults-only spa on the rocks, and fitness center.
- Golf: $175 per person/round (carts additional fee) and paid at the Pro Shop at the time of play. Friday to Sunday unaccompanied guests tee times allowed after 11am. Includes access to locker rooms. Limit to 6 rounds per guest per year. (reservations required)
September - May (exclusive of Memorial Day & Labor Day weekends)
- North Village: $20 per person/day access to all North Village amenities including tennis/pickleball courts (reservations may be required), swimming pool, adults-only spa on the rocks, and fitness center.
- Base Camp Lodge (at Northstar) - $15/person per day for use of lounge to take a break from the slopes with TV, video games, beverages/snacks for purchase, and ski locker rooms. Overnight storage of skis/snowboards is $30 per person/day.
- Hourly Shuttle Service from Schaffer's Mill to Northstar - $10 per person / each way (reservations required).
- Winter Pack - $35 per person/day includes access to both North Village and Base Camp amenities (not including overnight storage).

February 2026Another Wonderful Stay in Tahoe
This was my second stay at this beautiful Tahoe home and we loved it just as much as the first time. The access to Northstar is fantastic, the gym is a great bonus, and the house is incredibly comfortable with wonderful beds and a kitchen that’s perfect for cooking and gathering with friends. Sara even had oversized lamb chops waiting for my two golden retrievers — hosts who treat my dogs like the family members they are are the best kind in my book. We can’t wait to come back again.”
