Just perfect!!

Our stay at Casa Del Mar was magnificent. The resort was relaxing and rejuvenating from the spa to the infinity pool in the room, and the dreamy down mattress pad for blissful sleep at night. The grounds were beautifully manicured, one of my favorite parts of the day was smelling the plumeria every time I walked by a tree. The pool outside our villa was a private oasis of calm serenity. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, housekeeping did an amazing detailed cleaning everyday. The location is perfectly situated between Los Cabos and San Jose, and minutes away from Wild Canyon, I definitely recommend the UTV experience there. The ocean is not swimmable, and was treacherous while we were there, but the view of it from the room was spectacular and the sound of the crashing waves was hypnotic. It was a beautiful vacation. ”

Beautiful beach resort

We had a really great time and the resort was beautiful and super clean. All of the staff were kind and helpful. I took one star off because the balcony jacuzzi was out of order. We were told that none of them worked. I was looking forward to that feature, but no luck. Also, they really try to get you to do a presentation for time share or golf. We politely declined each time they asked. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would definitely go back. ”

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

The unit we were placed in was a 1 bedroom with no functioning a/c, hot water, wifi, phone, refrigerator or hot tub/plunge pool. We were in the middle of a full blown construction site with wires literally hanging from the ceiling and walls, dust barriers on every opening water flowing from the ceiling. The building was being completely demolished for what I guess is a complete renovation. We were the only unit in our building they had occupied. When we asked for another unit, we were told they didn't have anything else. It was without a doubt the worst third home stay we have ever had. Third home made everything right and we checked out after one night and luckily our guests who were suppose to use the second bedroom didn't arrive the day we checked in. ”

Room was excellent, very quiet and peaceful. Pools were great not crowded at all. Overall felt very safe during this pandemic. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of limited restaurants and menus but that could also be due to the pandemic.”

We loved our stay at Las Residencias Casa del Mar. The property is beautiful and felt very uncrowded. The multiple pools are a big plus and we enjoyed the main pool bar. The unit itself was very comfortable for the four of us and is very spacious. The only issues we experienced were minor...... a leaking refrigerator and an out of commission elevator. (But with all the food we were eating it was good for us to take the stairs.) We would definitely return.”

Wonderful family vacation in Los Cabos.

We recently stayed at Las Residencias for a week. It was a family vacation with our 3 young daughters, Just as expected, the villa was spacious and well appointed, We particularly enjoyed the private jacuzzi in the unit. Having access to a tennis court and a small pool, away from the main facilities of the hotel was also a big plus. Even though you should not get in the sea right in front of the property, there is a small swimmable beach at about a 30 min walk; we went there almost every day and had a great time with the kids. You are almost required to attend the time-share sales presentation but the salesperson was polite and we weren't bothered for the rest of the stay. Overall, we had a great time at Las Residencias.”

PERFECT VACATION

This is my 2nd visit to Las Residencias and it did not disappoint! Our first visit was the year after Odille and things we just opening but now everything is fully operational and it is so comfortable and relaxing. The views are to die for, we will definitely return.”

Awesome Week in Cabo

Awesome place. Can't wait to go back. Very clean, beds are great, porch is amazing, staff was great. Private residence pool too which was very nice. We rented a car and had a blast exploring all the great spots along the coast. ”

All as advertised. Roomy luxourious accommodations with everything needed to have a lovely holiday, except possibly the horrendous art on the walls.. Weather was just fine in late June and the place was empty and quiet so we had the pool to ourselves. Attentive staff, no hassel checking in or out. . Room/ bar service was excellent and well priced.. ”

Las Residencias Villa

Las Residencias was a beautiful property. The villa was very comfortable. The staff that work there are wonderful! The only two complaints I have is the food was very average and the gym was below average. Broken equipment. ”

Great Location to San Jose Cabo and the Gold

We have stayed at the Las Residencias a total of three times. My wife and I just love everything about the resort. The golfing at Club Real, Puerto Los Cabo, and Club Camperste are fantastic! ”

Fabulous Beach Front

This location is elegant, pleasant service and quiet yet close to San Jose and 20ish minutes drive to Cabo. We enjoyed the proximity to Cabo without the overzealous partiers and endless venders. We will be back.”

Lovely villa with amazing views, could even see the whales from the hot tub!! Condo was spotless and really nice having housekeeping services each day. Concierge at front desk was very helpful. I would highly recommend this location.”

Well Pleased

We were well pleased with Las Residencias, the Presidential Villa. The place was beautifully situated looking out to the Sea of Cortez where we saw many whale in migration. The place was immaculately clean with daily service. The response of the staff was exceptional, as the ice machine did not work but they brought fresh ice to us within minutes and responded to any other needs we had. So, we were well pleased. Casa Del Mar

This is a beautiful property that is on a great beach! We were delayed checking in, and not given any information about the property. After talking to several other guests this was a typical experience. We immediately got stuck in the elevator with a bellman who had no idea what to do. My husband had to pry open the door to get us out. The two bedroom unit was large with a great view. It was also a two floor unit with a fantastic view and hot tub. The property was quiet and the food and drinks at the pool were very inexpensive. I would definitely stay here again!”

Las Residencias

This property was very nice. A large spacious two bedroom unit with Ocean views and a private pool for the building of 12 units. The grounds are meticulously taken care of. The stafff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant and main pool area were also spacious and well laid out. We did have difficulty finding the place because Las Residencias sits inside of The Casa Del Mar development. It would have helped to know this. Overall we are very satisfied with this choice. ”
